Dr. Horton is currently the CEO. Dr. Horton’s company, The Eco Channel has recently formed a venture with Anacostia Development Corporation in Washington DC. This partnership is building an LED factory and controls the regional EB 5 Center. Dr. Horton's water company owns the patents on using any optical device with UV light. Most new water systems are based on this technology. His companies, including Remote Light Inc. have had more than 140 issued patents. In 1976, Conrad joined NW Ayer, the country's oldest advertising agency, and became the first African American male copywriter in the agency's 144 year history. After working for three years on AT&T, Carrier Air Conditioners, and Olympia Beer, Conrad's talent and writing ability were needed on the US Army account. Little did he know that he would play a role in helping to create the most successful military recruitment advertising campaign in United States history – ARMY. BE ALL YOU CAN BE. Conrad participated in a constant flow of new business presentation during his 12-year tenure, helping the agency acquire Continental Airlines, KitchenAid Dishwashers, Citibank, and others. He rose from copywriter to Creative Supervisor. He also received a coveted Gold Medal from the International Advertising Festival of New York, an ANDY, a One Show Award, three Communication Arts Awards, and several other for his work.

Later Conrad joined Lockhart & Pettus, as Vice President / Creative Supervisor overseeing Chrysler Motors (Jeep, Dodge) Dark & Lovely, Pepsi Cola, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Panasonic, RJ Reynolds and other accounts. He won two CEBA awards for his creative work on the Pepsi account.

She spent 2 years as Manager of Account Planning at Digitas NY, managing the tracking and analysis of cultural trends and consumer intelligence and developed monthly presentations and cultural immersions for American Express’ New Product Development team and successfully launched the pilot of the American Express Member’s Lounge and the revamped Membership Services. As Director of Strategic Planning at GlobalHue NY, she led strategic development for Verizon Wireless and FiOs, 2010 US Census, Merck and Walmart. Lance Gibson has been in the film industry for over 20 years. In 1996, shortly after attending New York University Film School, Lance founded The Diamond Film Company (DFC). From 2000 to 2002, Diamond Film’s exposure grew as Lance was commissioned by Jive/Verity Records to create, produce and direct commercials for several of their Grammy, Dove and Soul Train Award winning artists. He was also tapped by A Real Madhouse Entertainment, in conjunction with HBO, to produce and direct Electronic Press Kits (EPKs) for the Former Professional Super Bantamweight Boxer Junior Jones and by the United Negro College Fund.

As Lance’s publicity grew, so did DFC. In 2002, he was able to hire some of the most brilliant and creative talent of the 21st century which led to the production of numerous film projects for a full roster of clients including BET, Sickle Cell/Thalassemial, NBC Sports, United Negro College Fund, Jive Records, Weekend Vibe, Walk About America, HBO Sports, Telemundo, and more.

In 2007 Lance wrote, directed and produced a documentary titled All in the Name of God. He partnered with the Black African-American Christian Counseling (BAACC – a division of the American Association of Christian Counselors - AACC) to add a therapeutic component for those who were victims of the type of abuse featured in the film. This production was quickly followed by a short film titled Who’s That Woman in my Bed? Both films were critical successes and garnered him several Film Festival Awards around the country and in London including five awards for Best Documentary, two for Best Short Film and several honorable mentions.

In addition to full and demanding schedule as the President of Diamond Film Company, Lance also serves on the Board of Directors for two organizations and is the Key Director of HamptonRoads to Hollywood, which is a grass roots film organization
